I am interested in science fiction and fantasy as well as gothic horror, cyberpunk and especially its sub-categories, steampunk and dieselpunk; if you look closely at my art you will often see one or more of these elements combined because I really enjoy infusing my artwork with my passions and interests. Someday, I hope to become a successful illustrator, as well as to write and create my own graphic novels.
About Me
Hi, I'm Philip Reuss, a student at the Academy of Art University in San Francisco. I'm majoring in Traditional Illustration with a focus on comics and conceptual artwork, and I am in the middle of my third year at the Academy. I was born in West Palm Beach, Florida, and grew up in Waukesha, Wisconsin, before coming out to California for school.
